In the second hour we share an update on our Canadian friend Bill Whatcott who was tried once, found innocent yet now faces a new trial because a special interest group asked for a second opinion. We call that double jeopardy back here in the states but in Canada if you are found innocent in a court of law you could easily face a second trial because of public opinion. Seriously, that is what is happening here.
