Police continue to investigate tonight at Jose Antonio Ibarra’s apartment

Police have apprehended 26-year-old Jose Antonio Ibarra for the murder of 22-year-old nursing student Laken Hope Riley at the University of Georgia. Ibarra, a Venezuelan national, is in the country unlawfully.
