HMV STEREOMASTER 2018 - Potentiometer Disassembly & Clean

In this video I remove the potentiometers from the small metal chassis holding the controls on the front of the HMV STEREOMASTER 2018. I scrub/rub the metal casing with a fibre pen to remove oxidation and clean the internal of the potentiometer using switch/contact cleaner. The resistive track is soaked in contact cleaner and the wiper being move back and forth help rejuvenate the (pot) eliminating the scratchy, crackling and dead spots. Sometime this does not fix the issue and a replacement potentiometer is required.
