Putin says weapons supplies to Russian army 'multiplied' in recent years

President Vladimir Putin promises "constant technical re-equipment" of the Russian army in his speech on the national Defender of the Fatherland Day, adding that Russia "will take into account real combat experience" to "ensure the modernization" of the armed forces.
