Cheetah Attempts To Steal Camera That Man Left To Monitor Cheetah Behavior

Wildlife Photographer Hal Brindley left a camera in the wild to monitor cheetahs. A pair of cheetahs arrive and investigate the camera. They sniff at the camera. One of them picks up the camera and starts to wander away with it. However, Brindley shows up and tries to scare the pair way. The cheetah with the camera drops it and nonchalantly walks off. Brindley picks up the camera and checks it for damage. A little later he shows that the cheetah picked the camera up very gently. The only damage is a small scratch from of the big cat's fangs.
