dough:

salt - 1/2 tsp
vegetable oil - 3 tbsp.
vinegar - 1 tbsp.
boiling water - 200 ml
leave the dough for 10 minutes
split into equal pieces
filling:
minced meat - 300 gr
onions - 3 pieces
salt - 1 tsp
ground pepper
water - 30 ml
fry pasties in hot oil
