Tip Speed Ratio test for the 3D Printed VAWT

I took some video of the VAWT along with an anemometer to get an idea of how fast the tip of the VAWT spins relative to the wind. I estimated it to be around 1.2 for an unloaded VAWT. That is rather low, but not unusual for a small VAWT with a high solidity.
