Here is Part 231 of the ‘Foot Workouts’ series!

In this video, I keep a steady back-beat with my hands, and play the one hundred and twenty fifth 7-note pattern (RLRRRRR - right / left / right / right / right / right / right) with my feet, at 60bpm at first, and then a little bit faster, at 80bpm.

The entire series was recorded and filmed at my home studio in Thessaloniki, Greece.
