I don't fry schnitzel anymore! Prepare such delicious minced meat schnitzel in the oven!

To cook minced meat chops with a filling in the oven we need:
Minced meat - 500 gr.
Onion - 1 pc.
White bread - 3 slices.
Milk - 150 gr (can be replaced with water).
Salt - 0.5 tablespoon of salt (to taste).
Ground black pepper - to taste.

Filling:
Ketchup - 3 tablespoons
Pickled cucumber - 1 pc.
Onion - 1 pc (small; marinate in 1 teaspoon of vinegar, 0.5 teaspoon of sugar, pinch of salt)
Cheese - 120 g.

Finely chop 1-2 small onions.
Marinate the onions.
Add 1 teaspoon of vinegar.
Add 1 teaspoon of sugar.
Optionally add a little salt.
Let it stand for 5-10 minutes.

Cut the pickles into 2 pieces.
Soak the bread in milk (150 g).

Finely grate 2 small onions.

Add bread and onion to the filling.
Season to taste with salt and pepper.
Mix well.
The filling should be pounded well so that it keeps its shape.

Shape the minced meat into 9 flat meatballs.
Make sure you make indentations in the filling for the juice.
Grease with ketchup.
Then put pickled onions.
Arrange cucumber slices.
Top with cheese slices.
Bake in the oven heated to 180 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
