Texas: An MS-13 gang member is in custody after a high-speed chase in Kinney County, per Lt. Chris Olivarez.
Bryan Reyes, an MS-13 gang member from Houston, was a passenger in a car that led TxDPS on the chase. The driver was an illegal immigrant from Houston. Both men bailed out after crashing the car into a ranch fence. Both were arrested and charged with evading arrest and smuggling of persons. Troopers referred two illegal aliens to USBP.
