Abdelsalam A. is parlementariër in Marokko, maar ontving jarenlang ten onrechte een bijstandsuitkering in Utrecht. De Utrechtse oud-wethouder Spekman wil dat A. alsnog in Nederland voor de rechter verschijnt. Ondertussen is de gemeente Utrecht bezig met het terugvorderen van ruim 86.000 euro, door beslag te leggen op zijn AOW.
