Minnesota Shooter proves gun laws don't work, after evidence is shown that he tried to get his gun rights back. A "trans" guy who killed a cabbie blames 9-1-1 for the murder and refuses to apologize. Apparently you're not allowed to call mass shooter thugs if they are black or you're racist.
