Why are Black or African People Poor? What is the Solution to Poverty?

Complacent societies though out the world are experiencing poverty and desperation. Why are various societies in Africa complacent and what do they have to do to become highly focused, intense with a sense of urgency so that they can quickly develop and become prosperous?. This video further explore the issue of why highly focused societies usually outcompete complacent societies and usually take their wealth.
