Arthur Jones ran a famous experiment with High-intensity training called the Colorado experiment, where he and a bodybuilder named Casey Viator followed a high-intensity training plan for a month and they both built a huge amount of muscle while following the plan! Overtime Mike Mentzer and Dorian Yates would create their own versions of High-intensity training which would help the training style grow in popularity!
