Students at Carmel High School evacuate building after staff restrained a student with special needs in the lunch room

The principal of Carmel High School says trained staff used approved physical restraint to keep a student with special needs safe as well as other students safe. They say the student had a behavior struggle. Other students who were unsure of the situation went into their school safety training.
