SPECIAL REPORT: On Trump’s Appeal

First he will try to get the judge or court of appeals to set judgment aside until legal remedies are exhausted. But that’s not common practice and I wouldn’t hold my breath. I really can’t believe the law isn’t set up so you can exhaust all remedies before you pay a dime because as long as it’s active you shouldn’t be held liable but I guess it’s like all the innocent people who sit in prison for years appealing there cases. They are paying while they appeal. What a broke justice system we have.
1) He either has to put up the entire 355 million plus 100 million interest plus 83 million for E Jean Carrol case or which would equal 538 million that he would get back in it’s entirety if he wins.
2) He gets a type of surety which is called an appeal bond where he would put up 10% plus collateral plus 1-2% in interest and fees annually, and the case will take at least a year. This would cost him roughly 54 million up front plus 5.4-10.8 million per year that he won’t get back even if he wins. So if he does this which I believe he’ll try because he only has 400 million on hand he would lose 60-65 million or more even if he wins. The only crux with a judge ruling he can’t work with banks in NY and seeing as how many headquarters are there can he find one big enough that is willing to work with him after the judge ruled he defrauded the banks even though it’s bogus.
3)There’s one option I haven’t heard anyone mention he could try to pull equity out of a property our two maybe using a offshore bank kind of like when you get a 2nd mortgage and combine that with his cash on hand to put up the money. He would still lose the interest paid on that loan. But it would be less than option 2
I hope this provides some clarity to those of you who thought he wouldn’t have to pay a dime.
