Kenesha Moore filed a civil protection order against the man charged in her death just three months before she was shot and killed, according to court documents. Police charged Kenesha’s ex-boyfriend, 26-year-old Kourash Kiani, with aggravated murder in her death. Police say he shot and killed the 21-year-old Feb. 9 on Tag Drive in Springfield Township. Kenesha’s mother, Tonya Moore, said “people gravitated” toward her daughter’s outgoing personality and strong will. “Right now, I’m grieving,” Tonya said. “I’m angry. I just want justice for my baby, justice for her. I want him to pay for what he did to my daughter. That’s what I want.”
