Try these exercises out in a corner of ur gym that you feel comfortable in :) 1️⃣ 25 lb weight | 15 reps straight into 10 lb weight AMRAP til failure 2️⃣ Lateral raises | 3x15 3️⃣ Shoulder presses | 3x15 ⭐️ Try to progressive overload and push til failure because when ur rly pushing urself during those last couple of reps, thats where ur muscles grow!
