Metaphor - Current Psychological Warfare

This is a nice picture of what ones mind feels like as it is constantly pulled and tugged with fear from all sides, while being manipulated and changed from afar from outside entities/demons. It's got needles, trannies, and fullblown racial makeovers with a side of being eaten by demons for lunch. What could be more in line with today's mentalities?
