OREGON - It is TIME The Oregon Legislature FIXES M110
M110 has been a disaster. When the people of Oregon voted for it they thought they were voting for funding to go to treatment. Many people did not understand that it decriminalized drugs and provided harm reduction, supportive services, housing and very little treatment options. They were duped. Oregon has become the highest in drug overdose death with an increase of 41% per reports to the CDC. The people are demanding change and it is up to the legislators to create a plan for change. HB4036 has all of the elements to create the change that is needed. Call your Oregon legislator and ask them to support HB4036.
