"No One is Above the Law!" | A Messaging Mashup

Here's a mashup to remind us that the people shouting this messaging don't actually mean what they say. They don't mean that "no one" is above the law...just not you and me; no one who's not in the club is above the law...

In truth, they really couldn't care less what becomes of us, as long as they can wash their hands of it. They are actively feeding us to the lions, some actively—the "true believers," let's say—and some passively...

But little can they see the Party official standing behind them readying to push them into the pit after us.

So, why make mashups? Excellent question. Mashups are difficult to find, and for good reason: they take bloody forever to make. But as far as I'm concerned, they're one of the most impactful-in-a-short-time tools ("receipts") you can have.
