Neighbors Harassing Me

This Becky h#e stuck her middle finger at me on my Ring doorbell. What are the chances of every single neighbor that moves in that apartment and the surrounding apartments doing this bs. It's organized stalking and harassment done by Community Watch and other agencies. The same exact behaviors all the time. They just want me to react; then they'll gaslight like nothing happened but the video doesn't lie.
