Lovely Otis HydroFit Elevator @ 1 Starr Ridge Road - Brewster, New York

Recorded on 2/21/24. I swung by this place after taking an exam to see more tenants moved into this building to open up the second floor. You may remember briefly seeing this building on one of my live-streams in 2021 where no tenants moved in at the time. In 2024, there are multiple tenants now moved in on the second floor opening this elevator up. This elevator appears to be poorly maintained. This elevator rattles way too much going up and the floor indicator is busted. I was not impressed with this elevator. I hope this elevator gets some TLC soon!
