Kinsella's "Against Intellectual Property": A Critique

During a recent stream a commenter brought up Stephan Kinsella's book, "Against Intellectual Property. The mere mention of the book veered me off-topic for a moment to trash the book. It probably bewildered viewers, since most probably haven't heard of it, but I am familiar with the book and honestly find it to be one of the most academically poor works I've ever read, hence why it set me off. Here's a slightly more detailed criticism of Kinsella's book.
