Prep ahead and have it ready for the oven to give more time for other last minute meal preparations. The sour cream sauce is so yummy and the crunchy bread crumbs top it off. This was a great dish to take to a potluck.
We also put cream cheese icing on cupcakes to take to the church fellowship meal. We shared a tip about putting rice in the bottom of the cupcake pan to keep the bottom of the cupcake wrappers from becoming a bit greasy.
