the attorney general of texas has banned an NGO out of El Paso Texas, accusing them of human smuggling & not turning over papers for an audit in time.
this is similar to the tactics used by daniel ortega in nicaragua to oust political opponents.
did the attorney genral learn this tactic from daniel ortega OR has this been a government tactic used in the past & just dormant for a while since the last few decades have been in relative peace worldwide?
