There are over 230,000 cold-case homicides in the United States. If you add unsolved rapes and assaults that number becomes staggering. Imagine the impact if the populace thought about how many un-convicted rapists, murderers, and violent criminals there are!

Would it help if serial killers like Ted Bundy were in the database?

Of course, it would! Then why aren't all major crime offenders in the database?
