Worcester County Board of Education Rubber Stamping a Budget?

Despite Board of Education Members saying they don't rubber stamp budgets, I don't know folks, that's exactly what it sounds like to me. Board Member Katie Addis has David and Goliath moment having heated conversations with members of the Elected Board and Executive Team in regards to the budget the Board was getting ready to vote on. Did Board Member William Buchanan really admit he's not qualified to be a Board Member? And why is Dr. Annette Wallace allowed to interject when she is not a board member, or being questioned by one. Lots of interesting things happening here. And people wonder why Boards of Educations across the country are being scrutinized...
