I was pretty excited to be attempting my very first potato pancake challenge! With that being said, it was also happened to be the latest that I've ever attempted one too (10:50pm) which was not ideal, but I was going to let that deter me from taking on this challenge! If anything, I was more concerned about how flavor fatigue my affect my food-fighting abilities, given how much of an impact it made on my during my previous battle with the giant goulash challenge!
