The Labour leader quizzes the prime minister about the Post Office scandal after its former chair Henry Staunton claimed he was told to slow down compensation payments.

Mr Starmer said the Business Secretary, Kemi Badenoch, had put the PM in a "tricky situation" following her remarks in which she said Mr Staunton was lying.

In response, Mr Sunak said Mr Staunton had been asked to step aside after "serious concerns" had been raised.

The prime minister said the government had taken "unprecedented steps" to ensure victims got their compensation and justice for Post Office victims was a priority.
