'Significant difference' between Labour and SNP's Gaza ceasefire motion

Labour says there is a "significant difference" between its ceasefire proposal and the SNPs ahead of a key vote in the House of Commons.

Shadow Secretary for International Development Lisa Nandy said she is "deeply concerned" the SNP's motion does not make it clear that there needs to be a two-sided ceasefire by both Israel and Hamas.

Speaking to Sky's Kay Burley, she claimed Labour's amendment is the only proposal that "gives the whole House the chance to speak with one voice". She said she "hopes" it will be chosen to avoid a 'missed opportunity".

Lisa Nandy also spoke about the Rochdale by-election, saying "swift action" was taken over Azhar Ali following antisemitic comments and defended why she originally stood by him. The full list of candidates standing in by-election on 29 February:
