Eggless pudding or cream filling (keshta)

Preparing an easy pudding
two cups of whole milk
1/2 tablespoon cornflour (nasha)
Two tablespoons each of flour and sugar
PLUS: One cup of thoroughly drained whole-milk ricotta cheese Prepared or refer to my recipe
1 to 1 1/2 cups of whole milk-shredded mozzarella

Actions:

-Add all the pudding ingredients and mix until the flour and starch are thoroughly dissolved.

-Slowly cook the mixture until the cream thickens.

-Add the mozzarella and ricotta cheeses to the chilled pudding and thoroughly combine.
