Ingredients:
For boiling chicken
👉🏻Chicken - 1 kg
👉🏻Water - 1 & half litre
👉🏻Salt - 1 tablespoon

For chicken fry:
👉🏻Cardamom - 4
👉🏻Cloves - 4
👉🏻Cinnamon - 1 inch
👉🏻Star Anise - 1
👉🏻Stone flower - 2 tbsp
👉🏻Bay leaf - 1
✨Grind the above ingredients to a fine powder
✨In a pan add
👉🏻Oil - 1 cup (50ml)
👉🏻Green chillies - 4
👉🏻Chopped onions - 150gms (2 medium size)
👉🏻Curry leaves
👉🏻Ginger & Garlic paste - 2 tablespoons
✨Add the boiled chicken (Fry for medium flame for 2 mins)
✨Now add the following :
👉🏻Turmeric powder - 1 tsp
👉🏻Salt
👉🏻Red chilli powder - 2 tbsp (Fry for another 2 mins)
👉🏻Must add 2 tbsp oil when chicken gets dry
👉🏻Coriander powder - 1 tbsp
👉🏻Cumin powder - 1 tsp (Fry two more mins)
👉🏻Black pepper powder - 1 tsp
👉🏻Blended garam masala
👉🏻Kasuri methi - half cup
👉🏻Curry leaves - 1 cup
✨And finally add few coriander leaves

Ingredients for rice :
👉🏻Basmati Rice - 3 Glasses
(Wash & Soak Basmati Rice for 30 Mins)
👉🏻Bay leaves - 3
👉🏻Kapok buds - 3
👉🏻Cardamom - 4
👉🏻Star Anise - 1
👉🏻Cinnamon - 1 inch
👉🏻Cardamom - 4
👉🏻Star Anise - 1
👉🏻Cinnamon - 1 inch
👉🏻Cloves - 4
👉🏻Kasuri methi - half cup

For Rice Preparation:
👉🏻Oil - 4 Tablespoons (50ml) (half cup)
✨Add the spices mentioned above
👉🏻Half divided green chillies - 5
👉🏻Chopped onions - 250gms (3 medium size)
👉🏻Ginger & Garlic paste - 2 tbsp
(After 2 mins)
👉🏻Coriander leaves
👉🏻Mint leaves
👉🏻Curd - 150gms
👉🏻Salt
(After 3 mins)
👉🏻Chicken stock -5 3/4 Glasses for 3 Glasses Rice
👉🏻Lemon juice - 1 (medium size)
👉🏻Coriander leaves - half cup
👉🏻Mint leaves - half cup
👉🏻30 Mins Soaked Basmati Rice
👉🏻Sprinkle Coriander leaves
👉🏻Sprinkle Mint leaves
