We had the key to this historic vacant Nursing Home

Originally built in the early 1900's as an elegant home, it would later have an additional building attached, and be converted into an aged care. It has since closed down and been purchased by new owners who will be demolishing the added section, and converting the heritage listed section back into a home.

Plans were found within and it's going to be super extravagant, making use of all the decent block of land available. Since visiting, the site is now covered in cameras whilst the owners await development approval.
