Condenan a 30 años de prisión a un expolicía por torturas durante la dictadura en Paraguay

La Justicia de Paraguay condenó al excomisario Eusebio Torres a 30 años de cárcel por crímenes de tortura en la época de la dictadura en el país. Se trata de quien fue jefe del Departamento de Investigaciones de la Policía Nacional durante el Gobierno de Alfredo Stroessner. La fiscal que investigó el caso logró comprobar la participación de Torres en las torturas de Carlos Ernesto Casco y de su hermano, quienes denunciaron estas acciones en 1976.
