canceling appointments on the same day

Usually booking showings are easy, but some listings agents you have to hunt them down.

They may have a phone number up, but sometimes that leads to an office, where no one picks up, or the assistant who want to be the gate keeper, so you don't hear back from the listing agent for a day or 2 😮‍💨

But it is what it is, on to the next day 😅🏡
