The elites — who are not getting their way funding Ukraine with $60 billion — are throwing a tantrum. Steve Bannon asks War Room co-host Natalie Winters how these elites, who are supposedly our betters, can act so maniacally focused. "Whenever anyone says lawfare, I think of the Three Warfares Doctrine of the Chinese Communist Party, of which lawfare is one of the leading and paramount strategies," Winters said.
