High-ranking Police Commander Shot Dead at Thompson Center in Chicago

An off-duty police officer who was assisting colleagues at the James R. Thompson Center in downtown Chicago has been shot and killed, officials and witnesses say. The suspected shooter was taken into custody. James Valles reports. (BNO News)
