Today, through a simple shift in perception, the past targets of our frustration and anger now become the ones who set us free. They, who we once judged, blamed and cursed, are now, through our choice to forgive and place compassion over condemnation, gifting us the opportunities to choose peace and to heal. Peace is an expression of God who is Love and All. Thus every moment, in one way or another, offers us the opportunity to heal by choosing peace. If we cannot see that, it is not because we are bad, unwise, evil or not spiritual enough. It is simply because we are not seeing the gift within the present moment. It is our misinterpretations of the moment, ourselves and others that have brought us the suffering and pain we now feel. Our suffering and pain is, in essence, a call for help and healing...
