Kentucky Attorney General Andy Beshear was in Northern Kentucky Tuesday morning to promote an initiative he hopes will stop human trafficking. Beshear introduced his Response Initiative to Guide Human Trafficking Services (RIGHTS) at the St. Elizabeth Training and Education Center.
