Clint Dunning has been convicted of two counts of murder

He and Krysta McFadden locked the kids in a closet before they set the fire, and she pled guilty to two charges of second-degree homicide. Dunning was found guilty in 2017 but his conviction was overturned last year with a judge citing ineffective counsel and a failure to disclose evidence. He will be sentenced April 22.
