Challenging movements are done at your own pace and level, energizing you.
We flow through each movement for 1 minute and complete 5 sets of the 6 exercises.
This session is a great rejuvenator and perfect for increasing mobility.
Warm-up: 30 seconds of each
March on the spot, shoulder circles, spotty dog, elbow-to-knee
