Michael Fish's NBC26 Storm Shield weather forecast

We'll have a little bit milder air start to work its way into the area today. With that, skies will be partly to mostly cloudy at times. Don't be surprised if you see a few flurries or a patch of light snow with the added lift of this milder air pushing in. The winds will become a little breezy with highs actually bumping up to around 30. Tonight won't be as cold as it has been with lows around 20 with the skies clearing out. Your Valentine's Day Wednesday looks mild with plenty of sun and highs around 40. Unfortunately the mild temperatures come with breezy conditions. Either way, we'll be doing some melting. Wednesday night will be much milder than we've been used to with lows in the upper-20s. Thursday, there will be a cold front approaching the area. With that front, we could see a couple snow showers or a couple raindrops starting from the north and working its way south as the day goes on. If there's accumulation it would be minor. Highs will top out in the upper-30s. We'll have a one day cool-down on Friday before we go back into the 30s for the weekend.
