Whole wheat crepes Recipe :
1 egg ( limit egg to 1 per day )
1 cup plant milk or low fat
1/2 cup whole wheat flour
1/4 cup oats flour
Mix
Oil the pan and Cook on medium low heat
Turn when it’s brown enjoy !!
You can prepare the crepe the day before
Store the mixtures in the fridge ( 🥣 )
Store the crepe in room temperature covered fir the next day .
2- overnight oats recipe
1/2 cups oats quick
3/4 cup low fat milk or plant milk
1 tbsp chia seeds
1 tsp honey or maple syrup
1 tbsp peanut butter
Mix fridge 4 h or overnight
Top it with banana
Dark chocolate chips l( optional)
Enjoy !!
3 - oats banana waffles Recipe : make 4 pieces
1 banana
1 cups Oats Flour ( I blend the quick oats and store them )
1/2 cup milk
Enjoy !
4- rice crackers peanuts butter
2 rice cakes
Peanut butter
1 banana
Honey
Cinnamon powder
Walnuts
I had it with my coffee so easy as fast healthy breakfast
