THIS HUGE PANCAKES AND ICE CREAM DESSERT CHALLENGE COULD BE A PROBLEM!

In this food adventure I'm taking on a huge pancakes and ice cream dessert challenge, which could be a problem! Pancakes are one of the more difficult foods for me to eat!

Heading into this pancake dessert challenge I was expecting this battle to be a tough one, as pancakes are not a food I can eat effectively. They tend to feel like concrete going down and sit very heavy in my stomach after. This is why I would focus on trying to minimize the use of drinks, and instead, use the ice cream and other toppings to help get those pancakes down!
