James Buchanan The Worst President in History?

President James Buchanan served as POTUS 1857-1861. He is known as the only President from Pennsylvania. The only President never married and ranked as the worst president in history. Due to his unwillingness to choose a side during slavery both parties refused him and the country descended into turmoil which led to the civil war.
