All Aboard Episode 023: Phil B. on the M.T.A.

Phil talks about his time as a rail enthusiast living in Boston, MA from 1999-2008. That includes the introduction of Acela Express, a job on the MBTA Commuter Rail, and the early CSX era in New England.

Before you say anything, the title is an ode to the song M.T.A., popularized by the Kingston Trio. When Phil first moved to Boston, the M.T.A's successor, the MBTA still charged exit fare at some stations...the same thing that made Charlie "ride forever 'neath the streets of Boston!"
