Did you know that the consumption of seed oils can lead to several health conditions such as cancer, diabetes and heart disease?

Seed oils are horrible for our body as they are highly processed using petroleum.

It's important to stay away from seed oils like soybean oil, canola oil, corn oil, cottonseed oil, cunflower oil, safflower oil, sesame oil, grapeseed oil, peanut oil and palm oil.

Switch to alternatives like beef tallow, ghee and butter for cooking.

Let's be honest about health.
