You will need your fit ball for the warm-ups, if you have one. Great for spine, front and back of body. We worked in stretches in all directions, plank to Sphinx, puppy stretch with attention to Unicorn/3rd eye, to Dolphin for poses. Twisted crescent lunge, Happy Baby with Sleepy Baby following. Savasana with visualization using Unicorn/3rd eye. It goes deep into awareness. Surprise ending. ;)
