My name is Efrem B. Martin and I am a Girl Dad. I raised four incredible adult daughters, and I know and understand the sense of urgency it takes for fathers to build long-term sustainable relationships with our daughters.

My professional background includes a BA in Criminal Justice & Economics, I am a USMC Veteran. I worked in the Criminal Justice System for 20 years. I am a former State of Colorado Juvenile Probation Officer, I have been a Certified Paralegal since 1984.

I also worked in K-12 education for 10 years. I am a former Teacher, Restorative Justice Coordinator and Dean of Students working directly with middle/high school students.

I have worked directly with families and children for over 30 years from all socioeconomic backgrounds, I know what I am talking about here.
